Jibril Ibrahim Zakariyawu is the Chairman and CEO of Opentek Nigeria Limited. As one of the founders of Opentek Nigeria Limited, He has an exceptional academic record and his unpar alleled industry insight cannot be over -emphasized. He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Bayero University Kano. He received his master's degree in Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology Minna, and an Executiv e MSC degree in Information Technology (Business) from Heriot-Watt, Scotland. He is a qualified and certified member of Council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE). Mr. Kabri Ibrahim
Director
Kabir Ibrahim is one of the founders of Opentek Nigeria Limited. An analytical and result focused professional credited with extensive accounting and financial experience along with a strong foundation in business management. He received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Bayero University Kano. He also bagged a master's degree with Distinction in Accounting and Financial Management from Bayero University Kano. He is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certif ied Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP), a Certified Financial Service Professional (CFSP), and among others he is a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Musa Abdulmumin Halliru

Musa Abdulmumin Haliru is one of the fo unders of Opentek Nigeria Limited. An IT and ICT Guru with vast range of experience in Information and telecommunication industry. A graduate of Electrical Engineering from Bayero University, Kano and presently undergoing his Masters degree from the same university. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), an Information Technology Infrastructure Library expert (ITIL), a Mikrotic Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) among others.

Company Secretary
Muhammad Luqman’ s main forte as the company secretary of Opentek Nigeria Limited is commercial documentations. He has extensive experience in preparation of credit and commercial documentations. He also has vast knowledge in Telecommunications law being the specialization of Fama Firm, a law firm in which he currently heads the Dispute Resolution Department as a partner in the firm. As a negotiator, he has used his excellent negotiating skills to conclude numerous transactions involving major players in the telecommunication industry’s sub sector. As an experienced and qualified arbitrator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators United Kingdom, he has participated in numerous high profile arbitration proceedings involving the major players in the communication industry and other sector of the economy. A graduate of law from Bayero University, Kano with numerous awards of excellence to his credit. He is currently undergoing his Masters Degree in Law at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
